Payment Terms
No upfront payments. You pay only once you re completely satisfied with our service
Hourly Rate
Each move will have a set hourly rate based on the number of movers and truck size. Get a personalized estimate before you book to know exactly what to expect.
2 Hour Minimum
We have a 2 hour minimum to ensure an efficient and smooth move. After that, charges apply in 15 minute increments.
Travel Time Fee
One way travel time from our depot (Clayton South) to your location is charged at the hourly rate, ensuring fair compensation for time spent traveling.
Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel or reschedule? Just let us know in advance and we'll take care of everything with no penalties.
Heavy Item Fee
A $100 fee applies for items over 70kg which is paid directly to the movers, ensuring they're compensated for the extra effort involved in handling heavy items. White goods (fridges, washers & dryers) are excluded from this fee.

Insurance for OLED & QLED TVs
To protect your valuable OLED & QLED TVs, we require them to be packed in their original box. If you need help finding a solution to protect your TV, just let us know!

Things To Note
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers and cash
- The heavy items fee applies only to items that must be manually carried (Pine, Oak and stone furniture for example). If the item can be moved with a trolley, the fee does not apply.
