Payment Terms

We believe in transparency and trust. That’s why there are no upfront payments you pay only once you’re completely satisfied with our service. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers and cash

Rates

Every move is based on a set hourly rate, determined by the number of movers and the truck size. We provide a personalised estimate before you book, so you know exactly what to expect, no guesswork, no hidden extras.

2 Hour Minimum

To ensure efficiency and value for your move, we have a 2‑hour minimum. After that, charges are applied in 15‑minute increments, giving you fair and flexible pricing.

Travel Time Cost

A one‑way travel time from our depot in Clayton South to your location is charged at the hourly rate. This ensures our team is fairly compensated for their travel time while keeping pricing simple and transparent.

Our Cancellation Policy

Plans changed? No problem. Cancel or reschedule with no penalties, just let us know in advance, and we’ll take care of everything for you. The sooner you let us know the better,

Extra Heavy Item Cost

For items weighing over 70kg, a $100 fee applies, paid directly to the movers. This ensures they’re fairly compensated for the additional effort required.

Insurance

Your belongings are protected with our comprehensive transit and public liability insurance, and it’s included at no extra cost, giving you total peace of mind, at no extra cost.

To keep your valuable OLED and QLED TVs safe during the move, we require them to be packed in their original box. Don’t have the box? No worries—just let us know and we’ll help you find a safe solution.

Full Terms & Conditions

*The heavy items fee applies only to items that must be manually carried (Pine, Oak and stone furniture, for example). If the item can be moved with a trolley, the fee does not apply
Note: This fee does not apply to standard white goods like fridges, washers, and dryers.
